Deputy Accra representative of Asante Kototo Nana Kwame Dankwah has disclosed that his outfit has increased the qualification bonus for the playing body ahead of the crucial CAF Confederation Cup playoff encounter against Coton Sport de Garoua on Sunday.

The Porcupine Warriors are on the verge of booking their place in the group stages of the continent's second-tier inter-club competition following their first leg 3-2 victory over Coton Sport in Cameroon last Sunday.

C.K Akunnor's men will have to avoid defeat to realize their dream and management have taken a step to enliven the players by increasing their bonuses ahead of the crucial match.

"Management has thought it wise to motivate the playing body ahead of the second leg," Nana Kwame revealed on Oyerepa FM.

"We have something for them but will not put it out,it is an improvement on the previous."

"Our playing body knows we have always honoured our promise to them when they play their part."

Meanwhile, according to reports from Kumasi-based Oyerepa FM, the players received GH¢1,000 in the wake of their previous round qualification in which they overcame Kenyan side Kariobangi Sharks but will now get close to $500 each should they advance to the group stage of the competition.

The highly anticipated clash will come off at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday, January 20.
