Congo have named a 20-man squad for their 2012 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Ghana's Black Stars on March 27 in Brazzaville.

Head coach Camille Ngakosso unveiled his squad for the crucial Group I encounter billed for the Alphonse Massamba Debat Stadium in the Congolese capital.

The Red Devils made no major changes to their squads for their previous games with Sudan and Swaziland.

The towering Blackburn Rovers captain Christopher Samba is the biggest name in the squad dominated by players plying their trade in minor leagues across Europe.

The other big name in the squad is Matt Moussilou of Swiss side Lausanne but he has previously been linked with several English Premier League sides.

Also included in the squad is striker Ibara Franchel, named CAF Young Player of the Year in 2007 and now on the book of DR Congo side, AS Vita Club.

Three local-based players were named in the squad made up goalkeeper Chancel Massa (AC Leopards), midfielder Boukama Kaya (AC Leopards) and Nkolo Loris (Diables Noirs).

The Red Devils are one point adrift the Black Stars, who share top spot with the Desert Hawks of Sudan.

Swaziland, the other team in the group is without a point after two games.
