Coton Sport de Garoua captain Kamilou Daouda believes his side will eliminate Asante Kotoko in the CAF Confederations Cup despite suffering a first leg defeat at home in Cameroon.

The Cameroonian champions lost to the Porcupine Warriors 3-2 and have a difficult task of overturning the result in Ghana ahead the second leg.

Despite the shocking defeat in Yaounde last Sunday, Daouda is confident his side will win by a two goal margin to qualify for the group stages of the competition.

“We believe in ourselves and the fans know what we can do.We are coming to Kumasi to score 2 goals against Kotoko in the 2nd leg,” the Nigerien international told Nhyira Sports.

Kamilou scored in the first leg in Cameroon and a lot will be expected from the Nigerien forward, who is the club's longest serving player.

Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko will be arriving in Ghana today after their impressive performance in Yaoounde.

The second leg is scheduled for Sunday, January 20th at the Baba Yara stadium in Kumasi.
