Published on: 14 May 2018

Crocked Asante Kotoko midfielder Kwame Boahene could stage a sensational return to former club Medeama in the second half of the season, media reports have claimed on Monday.

Boahene, who enjoyed a successful spell with the Tarkwa-based side has not featured for Kotoko since their opening Premier League match against WAFA in Sogakope over a strange sickness.

The family of the Kotoko star have suggested the strange illness of the midfielder is spiritual.

However, widespread reports are claiming the midfielder could return to his former club Medeama if he recovers fully from the strange illness.

Boateng is a popular figure in Tarkwa after helping the club win the FA Cup crown in 2015 and excelled heavily in the 2016 CAF Confederation Cup campaigners.
