Anthony Klutse is threatening legal action against the Ghana Football Association following his defeat for the chairmanship slot of Volta Region.

Klutse, who lost narrowly in Tuesday's elections to incumbent Francis Dogbatsey claims invalid delegates were made to vote.

"Invalid delegates voted and therefore the elections should be rendered null and void," Klutse told Accra-based HotFM.

Apparently, the aggrieved party had lodged an earlier protest with the Elections Committee but is yet to get a favourable response.

If not heard, Klutse says he will be pursuing the matter in the ordinary courts even though the Ghana FA statues frowns on this very act.

"I believe the Ghana FA will treat this matter with all the seriousness it deserves and would eventually call-off the elections.

"I would however not hesitate to pursue the matter in the ordinary courts if they fail to do so but I really hope it doesn't come to that," He added.
