Ghana defender Jonathan Mensah has called for Black Stars focus ahead of their trip to Lome to face Togo in Wednesday's Group E 2015 AFCON qualifier after failing to beat Uganda on Saturday.

The Black Stars put up a lackluster showing against Uganda's Cranes in a 1-1 stalemate at the Baba Yara Stadium, failing to win the hearts 'unhappy' home fans following their shambolic campaign at the 2014 World Cup.

The 24-year-old who partnered with John Boye in defence admits the entire squad are disappointed over their World Cup campaign and are unhappy.

"We just need to focus. We as players went to Brazil; things didn't go well. We, like you, are not happy too," the Evian Thonon Gaillard defender said.

The Black Stars are expected to fly to Lome - Togo's capital, where they will take on the Hawks in their second Group E game.

Both Togo and Ghana are without victories from the opening weekend of the qualifiers and will be seeking to make amends with Wednesday's clash at the Stade de Kégué 30,000 seating capacity stadium.
