Egyptian side Lel-Makkasa open to offers for Ghanaian striker John Antwi

Misr Lel-Makkasa general manager Mohamed Magd says the club has not received an official bid from any club for their Ghanaian player John Antwi insisting they will consider offer for the striker.

The 26-year-old has been a subject of intense interest from clubs in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates following his explosive form last season.

Egyptian giants Zamalek as well as several unnamed clubs in the gulf have expressed interest in his services.

But Misr Lel-Makkasa boss Mohamed Magd has confirmed there have been no official bid for his signature but says he will be allowed to leave if the right offer comes.

"We have not received any official offers so far from Egypt or from abroad, and if he receives an appropriate offer, we will approve the matter and we have no problem," he said

"We have not received any offers from Zamalek." he said

Antwi made history by becoming the top foreign goalscorer in Egyptian football last season.
