Ex-Ghana striker Anthony Yeboah is confident the national Under-23 team can beat Nigeria in Saturday's All Africa Games final round qualifier.

The Black Metoers will attempt to placate fans after missing out on the London Olympic Games and also continue their dominance against their West African rivals.

Yeboah believes Nigeria will present a stronger opposition but says Ghana hold the aces.

"There is a big rivalry between Ghana and Nigeria and this game is just one of them. We have a good side and their team is also strong but I believe if our boys do what we know they can do, we will beat them," Yeboah Ghanasoccernet.com

Ghana's Under-19 female team eliminated Nigeria's Super Falcons in the final All Africa Games qualifying round.
