Mohammed Polo concedes Asante Kotoko have the edge going into Sundayââ¬â¢s clash with his former side Hearts of Oak.
The two most supported clubs go head-to-head at the Accra Sports Stadium in a match that determines the club to rule the league table at least ahead of the week eight fixtures.
However with numerous Hearts fans predicting a massive win against their arch rivals, the former Phobian playmaker insists the visitorââ¬â¢s starts as favourites.
ââ¬ÅThe two teams are doing well in the league and the last time both sides met each other during pre-season, Kotoko won,â⬠he told Takoradi-based Melody FM.
ââ¬ÅI as a Hearts man, I will like Hearts to win but Kotoko can play above themselves and win then so be it.
ââ¬ÅIt is clear Kotoko has the edge but Hearts can surprise them if they donââ¬â¢t take care.ââ¬
The big Ghana League derby will kickoff at exactly 15:00GMT on Sunday.
