EXCLUSIVE: Patrick Kpozo set to  leave Ostersund

Ghana International Patrick Kpozo is set to leave Swedish side Ostersund in the summer due to lack of game time.

The 21- year old defender has struggled for game time since joining the club in 2018 from AIK.

He has made 16 appearances for the club in 2018 and has featured in only two games in the ongoing season.

According to reports, with the club’s acquisition of Marco Weymans and Isak Sswenkambo, has seen him left on the bench and struggling to break into the first team.

Meanwhile the Ghana defender does not want to confirm to the media he will be leaving the club: "Right now I can't say much. I just want to focus on turning myself into the starting line. But I have talked to ÖFK and I feel that they believe in me. Then we'll see if something else pops up", he told FotbollDirekt.

Patrick Kpozo has a year left on his current contract.
