Former Ghana U-20 defender Bright Addae donates to Legon Cities FC

FIFA U-20 world cup winner and Juve Stabia player, Bright Addae together with his close pal Alhaji Salamu Amadu, the group head of Afro-Arab Company Limited, has donated a set of jerseys and socks to Legon Cities FC ahead of their game against Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

The Juve Bastia player before leaving the shores of Ghana for pastures anew played for now defunct Wa All stars and saw the importance of giving back to the team that brought him to the limelight.

Last year, Bright Addae Foundation together with the support from Alhaji Salamu and the Afro-Arab group donated a sets of jerseys to the Ghana Skate Soccer Federation.

Alhaji Salamu is a partner to Bright Addae’s Foundation that seeks the welfare of the needy, aged, widows, people with disability etc.

Bright Addae with support from the Afro-Arab Capo has been doing the philanthropic work through the Bright Addae Foundation and the Afro-Arab group of Companies for a while.

Former Black Stars goalkeeper Fatau Dauda commended Bright Addae and Alhaji Salamu for their kind gesture and assured them to take good care of the items.

He was accompanied by Alhaji Salamu Amadu (CEO of Afro-Arab), Franklin Addae(junior Brother of Bright), Mrs. Emelia Addae (wife of Bright Addae), Dickson Boadi.

Present were former Black stars player John Paintsil (Chief scout for the team, Fred Agbenyo (management member) and entire playing body.
