Black Queens captain Elizabeth Addo has landed a lucrative deal with an unnamed club in China, GHANASoccernet.com understands.

Addo terminated his contract with American side Reign FC after ending a loan spell with Australian side Western Sydney Wanderers.

Reign FC president Bill Predmore later revealed: ''Elizabeth informed us that she has an opportunity to play in China that will be beneficial to her and her family.

''She asked for our assistance in making the move and we are supportive of her request. We appreciate her efforts on behalf of Reign FC last season and wish her well.''

Addo captained Ghana at the 2019 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations on home soil.

Despite failing to qualify the team from the Group stage, she was named in the tournament Best XI.
