GFA Disciplinary Committee ruling on Misconduct cases

The GFA Disciplinary Committee has announced its ruling on some cases of misconducts in the Premier, Division One and FA Cup Competitions.

Below are the decided cases:

A stone hit the head of Centre Referee Yakubu Nuhu Liman at the entrance of the main hall. This resulted in rushing the Referee to the hospital. Article 35(2), 35(4), 35(7d) and 35(9) of the GFA General Regulations and Article 66(1&3) of the GFA Disciplinary Code. 1.        Ban from playing the rescheduled match at Elmina.

 

2.        Fined GHc5,000.00 out of which GHc2,000.00 shall be paid to Referee Yakubu Nuhu Liman.

 

3.        Ensure that the top of the door to the Main Hall leading to the Dressing Room remains cleared at all times.

 

4.        Club Licensing Committee to ensure that Elmina Sharks FC deploy a Movable Tunnel  by start of next season

2.        George Wiredu, the General Manager of Elmina Sharks FC, is hereby cautioned and warned from entering the inner perimeter, failing which you will suffer a ban.

 

3.        Elmina Sharks FC to ensure that the Chief of Elmina FC is restricted to the Presidential Suite of the stadium and not allowed to enter the inner perimeter without authorisation from GFA/PLB on match days, failing which Elmina Sharks FC shall suffer fine.
