Goran Stevanovic insists he is operating a 100 percent fit camp ahead of Ghana’s Group D opener with Botswana on Tuesday.

The Black Stars, touted as one of the tournament favourites are in the hunt to end a 30-year wait for an African title and thus will need all players operating at optimum level.

And this, the Serbian trainer confirmed at a pre-match press conference on the Monday has not only been achieved but taken further with the soaring motivation in camp.

“Everything is ok, everybody is ready to start,” he said.

“The motivation is so high that everyone would even like to play with one leg, I am sure of that but fortunately we have everything for tomorrow.”
