It is confirmed now that Ghana will face Mauritania in Tuesday's international friendly after several conflicting reports.
The local media earlier reported that friendly against the Lions of Chinguetti had been cancelled.
Other portals claimed Rwanda had been contacted to replace the West African side.
However, Mauritania arrived in Accra on Sunday to prepare for the friendly.
This is the first time they will be playing in the Africa Cup of Nations.
