The Ghana Football Association has again changed the centre referee for Medeama's Premier League game against Dreams FC replacing Latif Qadri with Philip Arthur Forson.

It's unclear what sparked the decision by the Referees Appointment Committee to once again make a late replacement after making the official announcement on Friday.

Arthur has replaced Latif Qadri with no official explanation yet.

This is the second time a referee appointed to officiate a Medeama match has been changed at the eleventh hour.

The Ghana FA replaced Latif Adaari with Jones Akubiem for Medeama's match against Kotoko.

Referee: Philip Arthur Forson
