Ghanaian forward Nasiru Mohammed insists he feels better and in great shape after hitting a brace in BK Hacken's 5-0 thrashing of Djurgården in the Swedish topflight league on Sunday.
The former Ghana U17 captain opened the scoring in the 40th minute before Paulinho doubled their account four minutes later.
Paulinho hit the back of the net in the 51st minute to make it three-zero for the home team.
Mohammed popped up again in the 64th minute with his personal second before Johan Hammar netted the fifth.
The pacy forward has now scored four goals in 15 appearances this season and believes there is more to come.
"I'm in good shape now and I'm always training hard to get better," he said after scoring a brace.
"I feel calmer now. The game is correct and I am more relaxed than before. Then it's easier to score goals," Mohammed added.
The 24 year old was recently celebrated by the club for making over 200 appearances for the team.
