Ghanaian giants Accra Hearts of Oak returned to training on Monday morning as they begin preparations for the upcoming season.

Team Hearts kicked off pre-season training at the Legon Ajax Park this morning, keeping to the original scheduled date.

The Phobians went on a six-week holiday, a day after the MTN FA CUP finals, but the players have reconvened to begin preparations for the new season.

Hearts are scheduled to battle Kotoko in the return encounter of the Ghana at 60 Cup on the 24th December, 2017 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

Assistant Coach Henry Lamptey together with goalkeepers’ trainer James Jerry and Team Manager Sabahn Quaye led the session involving first team players and recently promoted Auroras trio, Manaf Gumah, Philip Heymann, and goalkeeper Richard Baidoo.

The team will train at the same venue tomorrow at 8am.
