The Premier League Board will not alter the league calendar as anticipated, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

The PLB took the decision to stick with the original resumption date on 2 March  after a meeting on Tuesday.

The Ghana League Clubs (GHALCA) were pushing for the date to be pushed forward following the early exit of the local Black Stars from the CHAN tournament in Sudan.

But the PLB have confirmed the time-table for the resumption of the league will be unchanged.
