With Hazards poor performances this season, Chelsea may be looking to offload the Belgian and it seems his best replacement would be Athletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann.
Chelsea's asking price for Hazard is in the region of £80m, although the decision is said to be out of Guus Hiddinks hands
Griezmann has a buy out clause of £60m at Madrid, but with the sale of Hazard, Chelsea could more than afford that.
