Midfielder Emmanuel Hayford is ruled out for the fourth time this season and he will not be in action for Hearts of Oak in their Accra derby against Liberty Professionals on Wednesday.

The midfielder craftman picked a knock at the Kpando Park in Hearts' 1-1 stalemate with Heart of Lions, a game he scored a classic finish to make his fourth strike of the season.

Hearts trainer David Duncan was hoping to have the former Amidaus Professionals midfielder available but doctors have advised he stays out of the game.

Hearts have already got Obed Ansah and Kenneth Okoro in their injury listbut Stephen Tetteh has returned to action and is available for selection.

Hayford leads the Ghana Premier League Goal-king chart with four goals, all four of his goals coming out of the four games he has played this season for the Phobians.
