Hearts of Oak midfield dynamo Winful Kweku Cobbinah has declared they will bounce back from just ended season's disappointing campaign in grand style.

The Phobians missed out on the Ghana Premier League title after gaining 45 points to finish 3rd on the standings despite being hailed as one of the most exciting sides in the league.

The Accra-based giants had a great chance of ending the season with a silverware in the FA Cup final against Asante Kotoko but they were demolished 3-1 by their bitterest adversaries.

And Cobbinah, who was one of the shinning lights during a gloomy campaign, has urged their teeming supporters to put the season behind as they seek to re-write the wrongs next season.

"We will bounce back from this season's heartbreak," Cobbinah confidently said on ETV's E-Sports on Friday.

“It is not nice to lose to important cups. We were all extremely disappointed but it's in the past now and I want our is that they should forget and look forward to next season.”

"We played our hearts out to finish the season with a flourish but in the end our efforts weren't good enough. We know we have to improve on that and win every cup for the fans next season."
