Hearts of Oak midfielder Samudeen Ibrahim has lavished praises on Sulley Muntari for turning up at the Legon Ajax Park to train with the team.

The former AC Milan enforcer, who is currently without a club after leaving Deportivo La Coruna at the end of last term, showed up at the training ground of the Phobians on Monday to train with the side.

The 33-year-old was reported to extended his kind gesture to the playing body after giving all the 22 players $100 after the training session.

Samudeen in the aftermath of their training took to his Facebook wall to eulogized the former Ghana international's kindness and wished him well in his next endeavour.

“Sulley Ali Muntari has shown the Hearts of Oak team respect by choosing to train with us and today was different, he showed us much love by surprising the whole team, I call it a surprise because we weren’t expecting anything like that from him and aside that he has also assured the playing bodies that his doors are widely open should any of us needs his assistance, what a way to encourage and motivate your younger brothers, with this much love you’ve shown to us we have nothing to say to you than to wish you well in any step you take in your career, may you receive much more love and blessings than what you showed to us today, may Allah Almighty continue to be your guardian and protector,,,, much better contract awaits you…. thank you so very much Sulley……” he posted on his Facebook wall.

Sulley Muntari was on the radar of both Kotoko and Hearts before joining Liberty Professionals during the 2000-2001 season.
