IK Start new-boy Ibrahim Arafat delighted to join Norwegian side

Ghanaian striker Ibrahim Arafat is thrilled to have joined Norwegian outfit IK Start.

The 23-year-old joins on a permanent deal after ending his association with Slovenian side Aluminji.

And the Ghanaian is delighted to have joined the Norwegian side.

"I am very happy to come here to Start," he told the club's website 

"I am very pleased that Start has seen my qualities and that they decided to pick me up here," he says.

The 23-year-old scored 12 league goals for Aluminij in the 2017-2018 season, and contributed greatly to the club avoiding relegation. 

When he was a junior player, he played for Portuguese Paços de Ferreira before the trip back to Ghana and Rapid Acadamy. The last three seasons he has played in Slovenian football.
