Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has admitted that he is powerless to resolve Callum Hudson-Odoi's future.

Bayern Munich have made three offers for the 18-year-old during the January transfer window, the latest of which is in excess of £30 million.

The winger has just 18 months on his Chelsea contract and is understood to be keen on a move to the Bundesliga.

Since Christmas, Hudson-Odoi has made cameo appearances in the Premier League against Watford and Newcastle United and started the first leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final against Tottenham Hotspur but he continues to be strongly linked with a move to the Bavarian giants.

During Chelsea’s 2-1 win against Newcastle United last weekend, the 18-year-old was serenaded with chants of “Hudson-Odoi, we want you to stay” but Sarri, the Chelsea head coach, said he had not discussed his future with him. “I don’t want to talk with him about something that I cannot resolve,” he said.
