Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom is optimistic FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk can seal an Europa League spot next season after the Ukranian side moved to fourth on the league table.
Juande Ramos' side beat FC Zorya 1-0 over the weekend to move just within a point of third placed Metallist with two games to end the season.
Inkoom who joined the side during the January transfer window is keen to be a major part in Europeââ¬â¢s inter-club competition next term.
"Weââ¬â¢ve been playing well and I think our win has shown that weââ¬â¢re very determined to qualify for the Europa League," Inkoom said.
"For me it wonââ¬â¢t be bad in my first season. Definitely the target is to qualify for the Champions League because the point build up of the teams are very close. Weââ¬â¢ll still be content with a UEFA Europa League next season if weââ¬â¢re unable to secure the champions league spot."Ã
