Senegal winger Keita Balde completed his move from Monaco to join Ghana ace Kwadwo Asamoah at Italian side Inter Milan on Monday after just one season at the French Ligue 1 club.

The former Lazio winger has moved to the Nerazzurri on an initial season-long loan from Monaco, with the Italian club securing an option to make the deal permanent next year.

He underwent his medical on Monday and joined his new teammates in preparation for their opening fixture of the new season at Sassuolo next Sunday, at the orders of a coach he admitted had been key in convincing him to join.

"I'm really happy," he told Sky Sport after arriving in Milan on Sunday night. "[Inter manager Luciano Spalletti] was very, very important, and now I can't wait."

In four seasons with Lazio, the 23-year-old scored 26 goals in 110 Serie A outings, while he found the back of the net eight times in just 23 Ligue 1 outings for the Principality club last term.
