Kevin-Prince Boateng pays tribute to Nelson Mandela on birthday

Ghana forward Kevin-Prince Boateng has paid tribute to former South African President Nelson Mandela who celebrated his 100th birthday yesterday.

Mandela died at the age of 95 on December 5, 2013 but the continent's top stars remember the revolutionary leader whose legacy lives on.

The newly-signed US Sassuolo forward celebrated the former African leader by posting a memorable picture on his Instagram page - where he was shaking hands with the iconic figure during the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.
