Officials of Asante Kotoko are unhappy with the poor response by supporters to the club’s numerous initiatives.

A host of programs have been line-up to energize the club’s support base while also raking in needed financial resources to run the club but the expected patronage has been below par.

And this, the club’s Public and Supporters Relations Manager, Listowell Bukarson has expressed grave disappointment at the response from fans who actually charged management to initiate such moves.

“I have grave concerns about the attitude and contribution of our supporters to the club’s numerous programs and initiatives,” he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

“Attendance to these couple of programs have not been encouraging at all and supporters need to back up since the expenditure for even the team only is almost to the choking point.

“I will urge our fans to honour the various programs we as management put out so together we can build an even greater Kotoko.”

The current Premier League leaders travel to face rivals Hearts of Oak in the top of the table clash on Sunday in Accra.
