Asante Kotoko striker Ben Acheampong has escaped a car crash on Friday evening, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
The 22-year-old was being driven home by a friend after training in a Toyota Echo vehicle which later veered of the road and crashed into the side barricades.
The vehicle is destroyed beyond repairs but the duo did not suffer any visible injuries.
They have been since referred to the club doctor Kwaku Boateng to verify if there are no internal injuries sustained.
