Kwadwo Asamoah grabs a brace for Udinese

Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah scored twice as Udinese beat Parma 3-1 at the Stadio Friuli on Saturday in the Italian Serie A.

The 23-year-old scored in the dying-embers of either halves to help the Little Zebras record just their second win in six games.

Asamoah latched onto an Antonio Di Natale pass inside the box to fire home a thunderous drive in first half added time.

Di Natale doubled the scoring eleven minutes after the break but Alessandro Lucarelli halved the deficit for Parma with six minutes left.

Parma were hoping to shock Udinese at the end by scoring an equaliser but Asamoah scored again late in injury time to shutter their dreams.

Asamoah has been targeted by several top notch European sides including Manchester City and Arsenal.

The goal marks the former Liberty Professionals third for the season after scoring for the club in their 4-1 win over Cesena in January.
