Kwadwo Asamoah will sign for Juventus for today

Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah will complete his move to Italian champions Juventus on Friday after passing his medical.

MTNFootball.com exclusively revealed on Monday that Asamoah will complete a move to the Italian champions this week.

He arrived in Turin on Thursday to undergo his medical ahead of sealing the big-move to the Old Lady.

The Turin-based club has struck an agreement with Udinese president Gino Pozzo to sign him on a co-ownership deal.

Juventus will reportedly pay a total of € 15 million to take up 50 per cent for Asamoah's registration and his Udinese team mate Mauricio Isla.

Both players equally valued in the deal at €7.5m.

Asamoah underwent successful medical at Juventus yesterday paving way for his transfer to be completed today to become the second Ghanaian after Stephen Appiah to play for the club.

The 23-year-old has spent the last four seasons at Udinese and played a key role in the club's UEFA Champions League qualification.
