Ghana are playing neighbours Mali in the second Group D match at the 2012Africa Cup of Nations.

The Black Stars last beat Mali 2-0 in July two years ago during the 2010 Fifa World Cup qualifiers in Bamako.

Ghana are playing without captain John Mensah who is suspended for the tie.

Kwadwo Asamoah of Udinese has replaced Jordan Ayew and natural left-back Masawudu Alhassan has taken the place of Samuel Inkoom.
