Marcus Rashford will delay signing a new deal with Manchester United.
The Daily Star says Rashford will hold off from opening talks until the end of the season.
The ex-Fletcher Moss Rangers ace wants to prove he is the real deal before accepting new terms.
After Rashford's stunning performance against Arsenal, United boss Louis van Gaal described him a 'special talent'.
He said: "That is why we have a small selection because then you can give youngsters a chance. A big selection means they don't get a chance.
"The experience of mine is youngsters always play well the first match.
"The second match is different. Marcus played well in both matches so he is a special talent."
