Hearts of Oak coach Kim Grant will sack some members of his technical team next week when the Phobians resume training.
The England-raised trainer is embarking on a massive clear-out of his backroom staff in his bid to improve performance both on and off the field.
Coach Grant is demanding the appointment of a new assistant, new goalkeepers training and a medical team as he seek to take the club to the next level.
He was appointed last month as the club continues to look for the path to build successes and after working with the current backroom staff Grant has told the board of seeking replacements.
He has pencilled down the names of the assistants he wants to work with the club spokesman has now confirmed that some of the current backroom staff wont return to the club after the holiday.
"For now, none of the techical team members has been sacked but some won't return after our short break," Opare told Asempa FM
"They are all being assessed After the assessment of the technical team some people may return to work but others may not."
Hearts are seeking to revive the club after years in the doldrums.
