Medeama chief wants immediate response against Liberty

Medeama Chief Executive James Esilfi wants an instant response against Liberty Professionals after their impressive start to the Premier League was breached by Kotoko .

The Mauves and Yellows lost 1-0 at the Tarkwa and Aboso Park to the defending champions, ending their five match unbeaten run in the top-flight this term.

The club’s chief wants the players to redirect their focus on the game in Accra and quickly put the past behind them.

“We have 30 matches to play and so I don’t see the reason why we must continue to think about the defeat to Kotoko,” Esilifi told medeamasc.com

“Management is willing to do whatever we can to win the league, so supporters should exercise patience and stop  peddling allegations of  bribery against individuals."

The Tarkwa-based side managed to sniff a point off Liberty at the Sly Tetteh Park last season.
