Mounting media reports have claimed the Mauve and Yellows want to give the striker a lifeline by signing him in the second transfer window.
But Medeama's spokesperson Patrick Akoto has denied as the claims as complete falsehood.
"It's just an imagination of some people. We have never discussed him (Cosmos Dauda). He is not part of our plans," he said
"Its normal to hear players being linked with one club to the other at this time of the season.
"But I can tell you Dauda is not part of our plans. We will surely beef up our squad but he is not among those being considered.
The one time top scorer of the club has seen a tremendous decline in form in the last two seasons, forcing the Rainbow club to show him the exit.
