NAC Breda technical director Graeme Rutjes has described new signing Kingsley Boateng as a great talent.

The 20-year-old finalized his move to the Dutch Eredivisie side on Thursday and penned a three-year contract from AC Milan.

"Kingsley is a great talent but could not break into the first team at AC Milan. He has shown them to be at the highest level,” Rutjes was quoted by the club’s website.

“I am therefore delighted that he is joining our team. Next season, with his combination of speed, power and purpose, he can be used in several positions. He is an asset to the club."

Despite putting in a great shift in pre-season, he was loaned out by the Rossoneri to Serie A side Catania.

The Ghanaian-born, who holds  an Italian passport, made a total of six substitutes appearances for the Southern-Italy.

Boateng has represented Italy as a youth international but could still play for Ghana at senior level.
