Former Ghana Premier League goal king Nana Poku scored for Al Wakra who thumped Al-Bida 4-0 to the qualify to the Qatari Stars League with one match to spare.
Poku scored the second goal with a header in the 30th minute to give Al Wakra a 2-0 lead at half time.
In the second half a brace from Omar Ali in the 50th and 80th minutes respectively to seal the comprehensive.
Al-Wakra have been crowned second-tier champion ahead of their final match with Al-Mirkhia.
They will be making a return to the top-flight after their demotion in 2017.
Poku joined Al Wakrah from Zamalek on a free transfer this season.
