Nice forward angling for AC Milan move after China rejection

Published on: 15 February 2016

Nice winger Hatem Ben Arfa is hoping for a summer move to AC Milan after turning down the chance to join a host of big names in moving to China.

With the likes of Fredy Guarin, Gervinho, Jackson Martinez and Ramires all making switches to Asia in the last month, Ben Arfa was offered the same temptation but has decided that his future lies in Europe.

AC Milan could well be the next destination for the Frenchman, according to MilanNews.

The tricky player has revitalised his career again in France after a nightmare four years in England with Newcastle, bagging 11 goals already this season.

However, his contract is up at the end of the season and despite Nice challenging for a Champions League spot in Ligue 1 he may decide to move on again.

Ben Arfa’s form this season saw him earn a recall to the France national team, after a three year absence from the squad.
