The home side could have even taken all three points had Patrick Bamford's shot not found the crossbar after already beating City keeper Joe Hart.
Despite bringing on Kelechi Iheanacho and Raheem Sterling in the second half, City failed to find a way past Alex O'Neill's solid defensive tactics and had to make do with just a point from their trip to Carrow Road. The draw all but ends City's title aspirations for this season.
