Ten-man Berekum Chelsea were beaten 1-0 by AC Milan on Tuesday afternoon in their first match in Group 7 of the Viareggio Cup in Italy.
The Blues conceded two minutes into the match through Tonin.
In the second half, the Ghanaian side were reduced to ten minute and that made it difficult to come back into the match.
Berekum Chelsea will also play Spezia and Carrarese in the Group.
