Juventus hero Fabrizio Ravanelli says they must not give up on Alvaro Morata.
Juve coach Massimiliano Allegri went with Mario Mandzukic ahead of Morata for victory over Champions League opponents Manchester City.
Ravanelli told TMW: "Allegri has chosen well, once again. After the episode a few weeks ago with Morata, who had delayed his entry onto the field, he was angry and has selected Mandzukic continuously.
"Yesterday the Croatian proved him right, demonstrating to be a great player.
"That said, as a striker Morata remains strong, with huge room for improvement: Juve must not deprive themselves of him."
