Interviewed by TalkSPORT, Alf-Inge Haaland, father of Norwegian international striker and European football sought-after new face Erling Haaland (19), talked about his son's future. A former Manchester City centre-back, well known especially for his rivalry with United core-player Roy Keane, Haaland Sr. stated: "I know Erling wants to play in Premier League someday. It's however hard to tell when it's going to happen. Right now, however, he's playing in Salzburg, and Red Bull is a top-notch club. He's getting the chance to experience Champions League already, and he's in no hurry. Of course Red Bull are an in-between step for him, but they can't set nonsense transfer fees, as the ones rumoured about. Otherwise, no one's going to join them anymore". Manchester United are reportedly leading the race to fancied-around 2000-born hitman.
