Speaking at a news conference ahead of Sunday's away game against Real Sociedad, Zidane denied suggestions that Madrid's season could be perceived in a different light due to Barca's elimination.
"No, you know what we've done this season and that is not going to change," he said.
Madrid have endured a terrible 2018-19 campaign and they will fail to win the league or the Champions League for the first time in four years.
Zidane remained tight-lipped about the prospect of Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba joining the club this summer.
"It's not just me that likes him, everyone likes good players," he said. "He's a Manchester United player and I won't talk to you about players."
Sources have told ESPN FC that Pogba is looking for a move away from Old Trafford especially with United failing to secure Champions League football next season.
Gareth Bale was left out of the matchday squad for Madrid's victory over Villarreal last weekend but Zidane refused to confirm whether he had spoken to the Welshman about his long-term future at the club.
"I won't tell you anything about it, private conversations are private," he said. "It's what I have to do with all of the players, but it stays internal.
"Did I talk to him? Maybe no or maybe yes; with the players I talk about other things, not just the future."
