Referee J A Amenya has been appointed as the middle man for the Hearts-Kotoko second leg charity match in Accra.
He will be assisted on the lines by David Laryea and David Agyin at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Willaim Agbovi will assist the trio as the fourth referee.
Hearts drew 1-1 with Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium last week with all the goals being scored in the second half.
Douglas Nkrumah converted a spot kick and Daniel Nii Adjei blasted home for the equalizer.
