Ghana international Sam Ayew Yeboah has left Faroe Islands side Tvoryrar Boltfelag by mutual consent, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
The 23-year-old joined the newly promoted side last season on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
But the ex-Liberty Professionals offensive midfielder has opted to leave the club on personal grounds after just a season.
“I have left the club my mutual consent and so will be looking to play elsewhere next season,†the Yeboah told GHANAsoccernet.com
“There were no problems but I thought it was better for me to leave.
“I am now back in Ghana to see how things go. Hopefully I can sign with one of the local clubs,â€
The Aalborg BK trialist earned his debut senior national team call-up on August 20, 2008 in a friendly against Tanzania.
He was a member of the Ghana squad which won silver at the inaugural CHAN competition in Cot D’Ivoire in 2009.
