Sampdoria striker admits interest in move to Inter

Sampdoria forward Eder says his immediate future lies with the Blucerchiati but has admitted that Milan would be beautiful destination.

The 29-year-old Italy international currently trails just Napoli marksman Gonzalo Higuain in the Capocannoniere charts having scored 11 league goals so far after a blistering first-half of the season.

“Anything can happen from here to the end of the transfer window,” Eder told Sky Sport Italia.

“Today we are in Milan for an event and do not want to talk about the transfer market.

“We are going through a difficult time with Sampdoria and we have to come out of it with hard work.”

The former Empoli attacker has been linked with a January move to Inter, but admits that Genoa is a city that he cherishes.

“I read the daily news on Inter,” added Eder.

“I like Milan, I come here often but Genoa is also a city that I love.”
