Simba FC midfielder James Kotei wants jersey exchanges with Kotoko players after friendly

Simba FC's Ghanaian midfielder James Kotei says, players of the club will welcome the idea of jersey exchange when they play Asante Kotoko in an international friendly on Wednesday. 

The former Liberty Professionals midfielder, who is excited on facing the Porcupine Warriors revealed the club just launched their jerseys for the upcoming campaign and would love to exchange them with players of Kotoko.

Simba FC are hosting Kumasi Asante Kotoko in a friendly to mark the annual Simba Day celebrations. The Tanzanian Champions recently returned from Turkey, following preseason in Europe.

“We launched our new jersey for the upcoming season yesterday and things are going on very well for us very well, we will even love to exchange jerseys with Kumasi Asante Kotoko after our clash against Kotoko tomorrow in the Simba Day Clash” he told Radio Silver. 

Kumasi Asante Kotoko, however, will be using the game to keep their players in shape following the unlikely return of the Ghana Premier League this year.

Simba FC are Champions of the Tanzanian league and have three Ghanaian players in their set up including former Liberty Professionals midfielder James Kotei and Nicholas Gyan.
