Simba SC midfielder James Kotei says the Tanzanian Premier League is ahead of the Ghana Premier League in terms of structures but lacks talents.

The 25-year-old has been versatile for the champions with his ability to play as a defender too.

Kotei, formerly of Liberty Professionals and BA United, is happy to play in an organized league.

''Okay I know for everyone country football to be nice and develop it, need financial respect to the products working and to me Tanzania have it but talents are in Ghana,'' he told Soka25east.com.

''The league board here [Tanzania] put things in accordance to European calendar whereby before the start of every season we play Community Shield like the United Kingdom.

''We finish our league; they do. No court cases to stop the league because the country hate corruption.''
